Where did the need for digitalization in GTS come from?

To maintain its competitive advantage and keep up with customer expectations and needs, GTS quickly understood that it must engage in a process of digital transformation. The company's strategy for the coming years is to scale the business and triple the turnover. GTS’s new business model is an innovative one, based on improving operational efficiency and organizational performance.

Moreover, the global pandemic that began in early 2020 has only accelerated the process of transforming GTS into an agile, adaptable, and employee- and customer-oriented company. Also, the tools they need must allow a dynamic way of working and must connect customers and partners with the company's products and services. Therefore, GTS chose Salesforce - Sales Cloud to create a digital connection between the internal processes and the market, but also with the entire ecosystem of customers and opportunities. GTS has chosen Salesforce as a key component in their digital transformation process, giving them an overview of the business and ongoing opportunities.

Adopting a digital sales process in a fully digital world

Salesforce implementation within GTS took place during the pandemic, at a time when any human interaction was digital. The vision of Next Consult consultants and GTS management was to implement a model designed to optimize the way the sales team operates and to develop innovative processes to improve the work experience.
Implementation experience during the pandemic was a pleased one for us. Online meetings allowed us to access Next Consult experts quickly and we ended up having meetings for as long as 15 minutes out of the need to add a button that proved to be useful and with which we wanted to test how we can generate reports based on a new information we entered into Salesforce.
