What are we looking for?
Requirements:
- Logical thinking and an affinity for working with IT systems
- Growth mindset and ability to quickly acquire new knowledge
- Very good written and spoken English
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Time management skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML/CSS or JavaScript
- Completed courses, training or experience in email marketing, or experience with marketing automation tools are an advantage
Your role will be to gain preliminary knowledge and to provide support to our consultants for integrating products from the Salesforce Marketing Cloud group (Email, SMS & Push marketing, Journey Builder, Einstein AI, Datorama, Marketing Cloud Personalization Builder and others.)
- Preliminary preparation needed to start a project with a client
- Analysis of business processes and client requirements and keeping records and structuring
- Design of customer journeys
- Operational and organizational communication with the client
- Keeping a record of technical requirements for configuration of the system; development, configuration and testing of the system and training the end user
