Business executives from major Romanian companies met on May 19 in Bucharest to explore the innovative processes behind some of the most successful stories from organizations such as Teilor, Aquila, OTP Bank Romania, and Global Technical Services. During the event, attendees had the opportunity to learn from Emil Dan - CTO @Teilor and Cristian Mistodie - QA & CS Director @Aquila why customer support departments play a vital role in gaining long-term customers and improving their experience. They also discussed how to improve customer satisfaction with the Salesforce Service Cloud platform and how to streamline customer support teams by building a 360-degree customer image.
During the conference, Constantin Mareş - Board Member and Chief Digital Officer, and Cristian Magargiu - Advisor to DCEO Business Division at one of the most important and well-digitalized banks in Romania - OTP Bank, discussed the impact of data analysis on the journey of digital transformation for a banking organization. They also talk about how data is capitalized as a competitive advantage to boost performance within the organization.
Lucian Matoanu - Deputy CEO @Global Technical Services addressed the importance of digital sales for companies, especially B2B organizations, as well as the reasons why companies of all types should pursue digital sales models. In addition, he explained how GTS uses Sales Cloud - a scalable platform with intelligent capabilities to automate sales processes.
Last but not least, Alexandru Neațu - Digital Solutions and Application Development Director @Apa Nova and a speaker at the 9th annual Salesforce conference, explained why big organizations need solutions for integrating data, and systems, but most importantly, the people who use them. During the conference, Alexandru Neaţu also talk about why they chose MuleSoft, how Apa Nova decided to implement an API Lifecycle Management Solution, and the impact MuleSoft had on their organization.
